Spencer Is Back In Nashville!

Yes, it's true...the youngest member of Anthem Lights is back with the rest of the group. He still has a few more dates in the near future with the Millennial Tour though. They will be in the middle of April in Hawaii. However, for now, he is back with the group, as shown by these Instagram pictures and videos posted by the band members and Kelsey recently. Also, the band is releasing their second hymn mashup in honor of Easter next Friday.

And that'll be all for now! See you guys next week! :)

New Music Video: "Something In The Way You Move"

Even though Spencer's on tour, the boys have been able to still make some new content. They've been working hard at the studio...and apparently goofing off just a little bit...as shown in their latest cover video (below). The video is completely made out of snapchat filters. You can tell that Chad, Caleb, and Joey filmed their parts at the studio, while Spencer was able to do it on the bus while on tour. Check it out below! :)

NEW THINGS COMING SOON

You heard me right! New things are coming soon from Anthem Lights. Check out the post below. :)

Chad also posted the photo above with the caption, "Workin on something..... Special..... :P @anthemlights @josephstamper @calebgrimm."

The band also tweeted a photo of Joey doing "work" which appears to be working on some new music. :)

Meanwhile, the fourth and newest member of the band has been touring multiple places with the Millennial Tour. It appears there are 5 destinations with multiple shows at several of the locations--the final one being Hawaii. Spencer has been staying active on his social media though, sharing photos like the ones below of his adventures. I included a few below, for more check out his Instagram.

And that will be all for now! Until next week... :)

Spencer Leaves Nashville To Go On Millennial Tour

As Spencer said, he isn't completely leaving his solo career although he is full-time in Anthem Lights. He recently went with the band to the NACA conference, where they performed. Here's one of the many pictures the boys posted of that weekend:

But Spencer left Nashville behind for this short tour. He posted the following photos on his Instagram, sharing the new merch and album exclusively available to people able to go to the shows at the locations also mentioned in one of the captions.

The band did seem slightly reluctant to let Spencer go...with Kelsey and Caleb replying to Spencer's Twitter "announcement" stating he was temporarily leaving Nashville to go on tour as a solo artist with the following tweets:

Although this was short, I hope it gave you a little bit of an idea what the boys have been up to lately. Feel free to check out their Twitter and Instagram accounts for more information.

Until next week... :)

Band Has First Rehearsal Together & Caleb Grimm Turns 28

Well, the band is taking leaps and bounds in a fresh, new direction! The boys posted this photo on Instagram the other day:

They've also continued to post funny Instagram videos, such as the one below:

In addition, Caleb Grimm turned 28 on Friday (February 19th). Fans wished him a happy birthday and the following photos were posted by the band and his wife.

And that will be all for this week! Sorry this post was so short! I hope you all enjoyed it anyway! Thank you all for your continued love and support, even though I was gone for a while! See you next Saturday! :)

Beginning the New Chapter of Anthem Lights

So the boys are getting along without Alan. While this is a brief overview of all they've been up to lately, I would definitely recommend checking out all of their social media accounts (as well as Kelsey's and Fallon's) for a more in-depth look at all the fun that the band and their families have been up to. ;)

First off, the boys posted a "Single Awareness Day Medley" for all the single ladies (and guys) out there. The fact that they'd do this, I found to be so sweet!

Their short hilarious social media videos are also back...with this one (for example) that I found especially funny...

They've also been posting some pretty adorable photos from their photo shoot...and just random selfies that are honestly pretty adorable.

Meanwhile, Alan is getting along fine. He had to slim down for a role...which means eating salad. People who know him know that this is a HUGE stretch for him. A couple years ago, he said he'd never eaten a salad in his life and that he's super picky when it comes to what he eats. He recently posted a picture on Instagram (seen below) speaking about this, and noting that the salad still came from Chick-Fil-A. :) Enjoy the rest of the pictures he's posted lately too...

So that will be all for this week! Are you guys liking Spencer so far? I sure am! :) Leave your feedback in the comments below or on any of our social media pages! See you next Saturday! :D

Reunited - Charis comes back to Nashville!

Last night, Caleb & Kelsey Grimm, Fallon Graham, and Charis (Grimm) Miller posted quite a few pictures on their Twitters/Instagrams and I thought I'd blog about it a bit today and share them. It looks as if some of their friends (don't quote me on that...but it looked like it) were getting married and they all had a fantastic time at the wedding. Charis even came into town (Nashville) for the wedding and had her brother and Fallon rejoicing. Fallon tweeted about how happy she was that Charis was finally back in Nashville and Caleb created a hashtag encouraging her to move back. Charis posted the picture of her and Caleb on Instagram and included a bit of the caption indicating that the two of them will always be besties. However, without further ado, here are the pictures!!! :)

Fallon described these ladies as her "girls."

The "Blondetourage."

Charis and her husband Kyle.

What did you all think of this post? Feel free to let me know in the comments below! See you all next Monday! :)

I'M BAAAAAACK!!!

Hey everybody! I'm so sorry I haven't been here lately. I've had a busy...and amazing...summer...but don't worry! I'm planning on consistently blogging each week but on MONDAYS from now on instead of Saturdays. :) How does that sound? Let me know in the comments below.

Time to catch up with the boys and their busy lives...

A week or so ago, "Covers Part IV" was released on iTunes. You can pick it up here. The boys also released their pop medley/mashup for 2014. It is amazing. :)

The boys also sang at John Luke and Mary Kate (of Duck Dynasty)'s wedding and posted pictures from that. :)

Alan has apparently been spending quite a bit of time with his three girls, AJ, Presley, and Rowe, as is obvious as he has been posting cute pictures on social media of him hanging out with them. He's also working on movies as well.

Chad had to have surgery on his ACL. He was in a cast and using crutches for a while, but seems to be feeling better now that the cast is off considering that he tweeted about working out recently.

Caleb and Kelsey celebrated their 1 year anniversary by going skydiving in Chicago (it appears they also went with her brothers). Kelsey has been doing numerous photoshoots with her friend for their fashion blog called the Glamour Republic.

Joey seems to be doing fine, and Alan recently posted a video on Instagram featuring Joey as they were making new music in the studio. :)

So there...no, I didn't blog about Charis Grimm (now Miller)'s wedding. I'm sorry. Would you still like for me to do that??? Please let me know in the comments.

Thank you for hanging in there and waiting for me to blog! I appreciate it...a lot!!! To somewhat keep up with my busy life and read some of my thoughts...please feel free to check out and follow my personal blog, Lightbulb for Christ. :) Thanks! See you all next MONDAY!!! :D

News...and PHOTOS!!!

The boys recently traveled to California for some meetings (I think that's what I saw) and were able to have some time to have some fun too. They were able to play a concert on the beach and at least Caleb, Kelsey, Chad, and Fallon went to Disneyland. Their lives are really busy...and I can't really keep up with them and understand what's going on for sure. They have been posting lots of pictures lately though so I'm going to just post some for you all to see! :) They are all mixed up and not in order...so I hope you don't mind. Please enjoy! :)

Chad & Fallon at Disneyland.

The "fab four"--Fallon, Caleb, Kelsey, and Chad in line to go
on a ride in Disneyland. :)
Fallon and Alan's cute daughter, Avery Jade in the car.

Caleb, about to take his princess, Kelsey to Disneyland.

Kelsey and Caleb.

Just a fun selfie. Not sure who everyone is and where they are
or where they're going...

Caleb and Joey at the airport. This is what it looks like when
the boys fly...Chad said something about it not being cool or
something like that. This is more recent...so I'm not sure where
they are going or where they are.

Kelsey and Caleb in Disneyland. :)

Chad and Fallon at the beach.

Fallon and Chad at a restaurant (I think) she really ended
up liking.

Fallon. :)

Alan doesn't like leaving his family so he brought Avery Jade
along on one of the band's recent adventures. Not sure where
they are or where they're driving to or from.

Concert on the beach near LA.

This picture and the one above it seriously should've
been first. Oh well...this is Fallon and Kelsey on their
way to LA.

That's all for now! Thanks for reading! See y'all next week!!! :D

K-Love Fan Awards 2015 Mashup and other news...

This week the boys released their latest mashup...a Christian one! This is their second K-love Fan Awards mashup. I'd assume it includes all the songs that were nominated for "Song of the Year," as that's what last year's song was made of. I really liked this one. Their harmonies are wonderful in the beginning and I think they might just sing "Fix My Eyes" better than for King and Country. Don't get me wrong, I love 4K&C but AL sure sounded good singing it. Caleb's voice sounded amazing in it...but that's just my opinion (please don't get mad at me). lol.

All in all, it really is great...so whether you have or haven't seen it, please watch it now!!! :D

There's some other news too. For the past two months now (March and April) the boys have put up a cover photo on Facebook with all the things that we can expect them to release that month. I didn't personally like One Direction so the tribute to Zayn I'm not so impressed with (personally...again, my opinion), but the song "Unlove You" would be good for it...still not a big fan...I'll admit that much tho. ;)

On the other hand, I'm super happy that they're doing an Easter mashup made with hymns!!! :D

Here's the cover photo with all the announcements!

Thanks for reading! Comments are welcome! See you all next week! :)

New Cover and Livestream!

Hey all! Sorry this post is so late...I was busy yesterday...and so I forgot to do this! :) It was actually my 18th birthday! Say what? ;)

This past week, Anthem Lights released their latest cover. It was to Journey's "Don't Stop Believing." They also did a livestream the night they released the cover video. I actually didn't know they were doing one and couldn't believe I missed it! So, if you did or would like to see it again, I inserted the video below along with their latest cover! :) During the livestream they just hang out, give us a tour of their little office, and sing a little. :D

Thanks for reading and for being a fan! During this past week, Lightbulb Nation had it's first birthday!!! :) That means that this blog was created about a year ago, on March 17th, 2014. It really wouldn't be where it is today without your love and support...so thank you! You guys and girls are the best!!! :D

Proposals, New Music, and Tweets...

Nothing but the latest little news from Anthem Lights in this week's blog post!

To start, I'm going to share this video. The boys' producer wanted to propose to his girlfriend and he planned a musical journey she would go through in which various artist would play different love songs. At the end, he would get down on one knee and ask her to marry him. Guess what? Anthem Lights was one of those artists!!! Check it out the video!

There's also this proposal...which is viral right now. It's very sweet and everything...but wait until the end...Anthem Lights' original song, "Best Thing" plays in the background near the close of this guy's 365 day proposal. :)

On a slightly different note, I was on iTunes yesterday. I really don't know what's been going on with Anthem Lights' music  lately. Their first cover album had been taken off Spotify and it appears that both Covers 1 and 2 were taken down from iTunes. The first cover album was put back on iTunes yesterday and is available to listen to on Spotify again. However, the second cover album is still missing from iTunes but is on Spotify, at least the last time I checked...which was yesterday. I'm not sure why their music keeps getting removed, but it could be because of license issues since it is "technically" other artists' music they are distributing. That is the reason that their Grammy nominee mashup isn't on iTunes yet (that I know of). Anyway, yesterday I went and looked at all the music they have up on iTunes and they have a new single...it's their cover of the classic song "Don't Stop Believing" by Journey. Click here to check it out! Also, the boys want to do a new cover album filled with classic songs. They put out a poll on their social media (at least Facebook) asking which songs their fans want to hear in that album. You can vote on that here.

Lastly, if you follow all the boys and their wives (those who have wives) on Twitter/Instagram, you'd notice that Chad and Fallon went on vacation this past week. However, those weren't the tweets that caught my attention so much that I actually took a screenshot of them. It was these. Hopefully you'll get a good laugh out of this...it's pretty cute!

And that's what I'm going to leave you all with! Thanks so much for being a fan! We're coming up on our one-year anniversary...that means Lightbulb Nation is almost one year old! It's been an incredible year!!! Thank you so much for your love and support! You all are awesome! This blog would never be where it is today if it wasn't for your help! Have a phenomenal week! :D

Snowed In / Caleb's Bday / New Merch

Hi all! Well, I can either make this post long...or short. I think I'm going to choose short. This week, there was a lot of talk on Twitter/Instagram about how bad the weather in Nashville (where Anthem Lights live) was. It was quite cold, and the people there sort of got snowed in. Both Kelsey and Fallon posted on their social media about watching Netflix/TV shows and hanging out with their husbands and dog(s). But after a while their tweets went from the excitement of having a break from work and such to the restlessness of wanting to get out and do something. I can remember Caleb particularly posting about this, but I think Chad kind of got sick of sitting around watching TV too.

In the meantime, Caleb turned 27 on February 19th.

He got plenty of birthday love through social media including this tweet from Chad:

The next day, he thanked the family, friends, and fans who had wished him a happy birthday:

The band also released a photo of their latest shopanthemlights.com merchandise item, DOG TAGS! I think these are a fantastic idea, since they are such an Anthem Lights fashion statement, if you will.

Thank you all for reading this! Please let me know what you like...short or long blog posts! I guess this wasn't too short was it? Haha. See you all next week!

Peace and love... :)
